Mr. Devesh K. Shah is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), having obtained his qualification in the year 1986. With over 30 years of extensive experience in the field of Chartered Accountancy, Mr. Shah has established himself as a trusted advisor in the profession. Prior to embarking on his own practice, Mr. Shah honed his expertise by working for an internationally renowned "Big 4" accounting firm for several years. During his tenure there, he gained invaluable experience and expertise, which he has brought to bear in his subsequent work.

Over the course of his illustrious career, Mr. Shah has provided expert counsel to clients on a wide range of matters, including corporate and individual tax planning, with a specialization in income tax matters, cross-border transactions, assurance services, Transfer Pricing, Goods and Services Tax, FEMA, RBI matters, business restructuring advice, and arbitration matters. In addition, Mr. Shah has distinguished himself as a mentor to his juniors, inspiring them to elevate their performance and develop their own areas of expertise. Many of his sub-ordinate colleagues occupy senior positions in the firm. This holds true for ex-colleagues as well, who are at senior positions in various organizations, a testament to Mr. Shah's remarkable leadership.

Anjali is a qualified Chartered Accountant who is associated with the group for more than 6 years. Her experience is in the field of transfer pricing, audit, direct and indirect taxation, company law and FEMA matters. She has extensively worked and appeared for tax assessments, appeals and lower withholding application. Her knowledge and skills have enabled her to effectively deal with tax department officials at all levels.

In addition to professional accomplishments, she is an avid adventurer and actively participates in trekking and leading group trips to various places. Her passion for exploring new places and pushing herself to new limits reflects her determination to succeed in all aspects of life.
